Here are the average shipping times for all our packages:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Delivery time: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders placed before 17:00 will begin processing the same day.

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll be able to track your package within a few days. You’ll receive a personal tracking code via email, which allows you to follow your order through our tracking partner.

Damaged Product?

That’s unfortunate! Occasionally, items may get damaged during shipping. If that happens, we will always provide an appropriate solution. Please take photos of the damage and send them along with your order number to info@vannistelrooymode.com.


How to Place an Order

Ordering from Van Nistelrooy Mode is incredibly easy.

  1. Go to the product page and click “Add to Cart” for the item you want.

  2. Make sure you’ve selected the correct size or variation.

  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.

On the Information page, fill in your correct shipping details. Once completed, click “Continue to Shipping”.

On the Shipping page, you can review your entered details. You’ll also see that all deliveries are completely free. As a token of appreciation, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs.

Click “Continue to Payment” to move on.

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new one before proceeding with any refund. If your order hasn’t been received within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a refund.
