1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it takes 1–2 days to process and 4–6 days for delivery within the UK, USA, AUS, CA and NZ. If this time has passed, please contact our customer service team.
2. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. Be sure to check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that the Track & Trace link may take a little time to become active.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the Track & Trace number sent to your email. Enter the code on our Track & Trace page to check the delivery status. You can do that on [this page].
